About Delivery Service in My Canadian Pharmacy

My Canadian Pharmacy strives to provide flawless and quick delivery for clients from different countries. Our international shipping is fast, reliable and discreet. We always check the delivery address and the product quality before dispatching to avoid mistakes and inconvenience. Even if you didn’t receive your parcel for some reasons, we will do our best for it to be delivered right to your house. My Canadian Pharmacy has two delivery options.

EMS delivery (Express with Online Tracking)

If you want your parcel to be shipped as soon as possible, select EMS delivery: it takes about 5–9 days from the moment of dispatching, and the orders are processed by Express Mail Service. The deadline for this shipping method is 14 days, and the tracking number is rendered right after the parcel dispatching.

Standard (Registered AirMail delivery)

Standard Delivery usually takes about 14–21 days from the date of dispatching. The deadline for this shipping method is 30 days. Please, note that all orders are also discreet, but they are left in your mailbox. The packages sent by the standard mail are not always tracked. Orders are processed on business days only. The weekend orders (placed on Saturday and Sunday) are usually processed on Mondays, and as soon as we dispatch your parcel, we will notify you via email.

Keep in mind that large orders (for 120 pills and more) are divided into 2 separate shipments, and may not arrive on one day. Brand and generic medications are also divided into separate parcels and may not be shipped on one and the same day, either. This is done to avoid problems at the customs.

Can a customer return his order? In which cases is it possible, and what are the date limitations?

You have the right to return your order in the following cases:

  • The package has been damaged.
  • The parcel contains now what you ordered.
  • The parcel was delivered after the due date or didn’t arrive at all.
  • You’re not satisfied with the effect of the products.

You can send the parcel back in 30 days (we provide the shipping address upon request). Please, double-check the address before placing your order. If you haven’t received the parcel due to the incorrect shipping address you provided, no refunds would be given.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of ordering or it has not been sent yet. To cancel the order, contact the managers of My Canadian Pharmacy via feedback support service, live chat or phone.

How to track the order status?

The possibility of order tracking depends on the country where it is being delivered. You may check the order status by:

  • contacting our support team;
  • going to the delivery service website through option Order Status.

What should you do, if the received product is damaged?

If your parcel has been damaged, we can either resent the parcel for free or refund you after receiving the damaged items back.
